About the TFYT Program

Australian Apprentices who have begun their training in an area of particular skills need may be entitled to some additional assistance from the Australian Government.

The Tools For Your Trade initiative helps to ease the financial burden on eligible first-year Australian Apprentices by providing tools and other essential work items to the value of $800.

How to Get Started

If you have qualified for this incentive, simply present your voucher and signed Purchase Verification Form in-store; your employer will need to organise this. As a registered supplier with the Tools For Your Trade program, we provide you with all of the equipment you need.
